1. Who are you and what do you do at Smart Flow?

My name is Tina, I’m a licensed veterinary technician in the state of Texas working to finish my anesthesia VTS and I am an Implementation Specialist with Smart Flow.

1. How long have you been in the field?

I’ve been a veterinary assistant or technician for the last 22 years.  Nearly 10 of those years was teaching 4th year veterinary students anesthesia at Texas A&M University – some of the most challenging and rewarding work I have done as a clinical veterinary technician.

2. Have you ever taken home an animal that was abandoned in clinic?

Of course, I have 6 pets, 4 dogs and 2 cats.  All but 2 are from my connections at a veterinary clinic.  Only one was sort of an abandoned case, I took him on when his owners ran out of money.  Nine years later and Tater the yorkie is still with me and don’t tell the others but a favorite.
